Cozy stay with friendly service
convenient location older building usb charger breakfast options
The location was convenient (it was close to public transportation). I appreciated the older building. The rooms included usb chargers, an ironing board. tea and coffee. Breakfast options were simple, yet effective with all day drinking water, coffee, and tea. The staff helped me store a bike I had bought locally.

The room included a queen bed and a bathtub, also with disability access. All the amenities were clean and well-kept. I found the bed to be especially comfortable after a long day of exploring (which i thoroughly enjoyed!).

night disturbance loud music
staff was indeed friendly, i must admit. coffee making facilities in the bedroom existed.
I found the lack of an open bar and restaurant quite inconvenient. This absence was not what i anticipated. the loud music at night was also a disturbance. i didn't sleep well due to this.

The staff was friendly and efficient. my room included a comfortable bed and a super clean clawfoot tub (i especially liked that). i also appreciated the complimentary wine at check-in. It was a nice welcome.
The street noise was noticeable at times. I am very sensitive to it.

friendly staff helpful tips convenient tea
i appreciated the friendly staff. i received helpful tips for navigating the area from jimmy. the complimentary wine in the lounge was a nice touch after a long day. i found the tea and coffee available all day very convenient.
i found the street noise noticeable at times it was hard to fall asleep. earplugs helped somewhat. better soundproofing in rooms would be helpful for a more restful experience

the hotel is conveniently located near the bart and f streetcar. several food options are within walking distance. mobility-accessible features make it easier to navigate the area with luggage.

the room had comfortable beds and four pillows. it was nice not hearing noise from other rooms. the bathroom was decently sized it accommodated all i needed while i was there.

the complimentary breakfast included coffee, tea, muffins, apples, and yogurt. i liked the availability of free tea and coffee throughout the day. this was helpful since i was sightseeing most days.

the staff members were very friendly and professional. jonah and olay stood out to me with their knowledge. the check-in process was easy. paynu gave me a welcome and informative overview of the neighborhood.
